DAY 1

Trip from Lima to Paracas and The Dune Buggies of Ica

AM TOUR: Lima (Miraflores) to Ica

At 5:00 a.m., we pick up the group of visitors from the hotel in Miraflores or Barranco and start the trip south of Lima for about 3 hours and 15 minutes until we reach the Paracas boardwalk. Then, we explore the Ballestas Islands of Paracas on a speedboat.

PM TOUR: Ica to Nazca

In the afternoon, we have the second excursion through the dunes of the Huacachina oasis in buggies. We will experience going up and down the dunes at full speed, get on one of the boards to slide down the dunes, and enjoy the sunset towards the horizon of the Peruvian Sea.

AM Experience the Nazca Flight | AM Travel from Ica to Arequipa

AM NAZCA LINES FLIGHT TOUR

07:30: Transfer service from the hotel to the María Reich airfield for a 32-minute flight to see the fascinating Nazca lines, which can only be seen from space, or fly over the natural and scenic reserve of the Nazca desert in Peru.

Midmorning: Trip from Nazca to Arequipa.

Between 09:00 and 11:00, we will begin the 10-hour trip to the White City of Arequipa in our private vehicle—outstanding Peruvian coasts—before slowly entering the Andes, where the condors fly over.

Trip from Arequipa to Cruz del Condor (Chivay) See Condors

At 8:30 a.m., we embark on an epic journey over the Andes from Arequipa towards the Valley of Chivay.

During the trip, we have some of the most impressive views of the active and inactive volcanoes of the southern mountain range! We also have incredible scenic landscapes of the Colca Canyon, one of the deepest canyons. The focal point of our itinerary is to see the incredible condors flying over the Colca Canyon from the Cruz del Cóndor viewpoint.

  • Stop at the Colca Valley and Canyon Viewpoint.
  • Condor sighting at the Cruz del Cóndor viewpoint in the afternoon

Navigate the Uros and Taquile Island around the Titicaca Lake

At 8:30 am, transfer service to the port of Lake Titicaca to board a fast motor tourist boat to shorten travel times and enjoy the famous Uros floating islands on one side of the lake. Titicaca. The islanders built the artificial islands of totora material, so much so that they have soccer fields, schools, houses, floating plazas, etc.

After experiencing the floating islands of the Uros, we navigate through Lake Titicaca until we reach the massive island of Taquile. The island of Taquile is best known for the textiles woven by men! Experience the incredible views of the islands with the highest navigable lake on the planet (the Titicaca). Taquile has maintained its customs, traditions, and culture since ancient times.

Trip from Puno to Cusco exploring the Rainbow Mountain of Vinicunca

At 05:00 in the morning, we start the journey northwest of Puno towards the rainbow mountain of Vinicunca.

Upon arrival at the Rainbow Mountain parking lot, we will board local two-wheeled motorbikes with your driver to reach the vicinity of the Rainbow Mountain Pass and enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the renowned and colorful Andes of Cusco. At noon, we continue the journey to the historical and archaeological capital of Cusco to explore the lands of the Incas.

We leave early in the morning by tourist bus for the ruins of Machu Picchu to start the guided tour inside the Inca citadel. We will explore the royal residence, the agricultural zone, the Intihuatana (sundial), the quarries, the temple of the condor, etc.
