The meeting point with our KONDOR PATH TOURS team is at the Cusco airport in the waiting area. Arrive in Cusco any time during the morning for the transfer service.

Sacred Valley Tour for Students

Visit the beautiful textile center of Chinchero for a demonstration of ancestral weaving and spinning with Inca techniques, and continue the visit to the Chinchero temple with its incredible esplanade.

Before entering the Sacred Valley, enjoy panoramic views of the Inca salt mines and the impressive circular ruins of Moray, the experience of the Valley of the Incas exploring in depth the ruins of Ollantaytambo with its temple of the sun, the moon, Inca water sources, and a natural balcony overlooking the town of Ollantaytambo.

DAY 3

Short Inca Trail Trek for Students

In the morning, we have a short train ride to the start of the Short Inca Trail, located at kilometer 104 of the railway. The walk takes around 5 hours to reach Machu Picchu: “3 hours of climbing and 2 hours of semi-flat walking”.

During the walk, explore archaeological groups such as Chachabamba, Wiñaywayna, and Inti Punku. From the ruins of Inti Punku, the panoramic views of Machu Picchu are great in all their magnitude. Upon arrival at Machu Picchu, we have an entire sector for hikers to take classic photos of it in all its splendor for about 15 minutes.

After the walk and respective photos, we boarded the bus service to travel to Machu Picchu Pueblo for about 25 minutes.

Rainbow Mountain Tour for Students

Enjoy a short horseback experience for about 55 minutes! Then, hike to the top of Rainbow Mountain Pass for 18 minutes. Before that, we have a 3-hour drive from Cusco to Llactoc to start the adventure. Enjoy colorful views of the most famous mountain in the world, the Rainbow Mountains of Peru.

Potato Park Tour for Students

Experience Potatoe Park and Pisac Ruins.

The origin of the potato is Peru, in South America. Now, we have a guided tour of the Paru-Paru potato park near the Pisac ruins in the Sacred Valley. The best potatoes: meet them in person in Kinsacocha! Over 2,000 varieties of potatoes exist, and the indigenous people continue to preserve them for future generations.

Today, we participate in the daily activities of the residents of the potato park. Enjoy a delicious organic potato-based lunch before heading back to Cusco. On the way back, we stop at the Inca ruins of Pisac to visit them.
