Day One: Cusco Arrival

See the views of the city and its surroundings. Upon arriving in Cusco, we have your transfer service to the hotel.

Day Two: Cusco ruins tour

Be ready for some entertaining local interaction!

Explore:

  • Puca Pucara
  • Tambomachay
  • Qenqo
  • Amaru Marca Wasi Inca Trail to San Blas
  • Qoricancha

To finish the tour, we’ll walk back to Cusco.

Day Three: Amaru Community Immersion + Pisac

Along the way, you will pass through the village of Pisac. The indigenous community of Amaru snuggles into the mountainside at about 3,800 meters of altitude. Here, you will learn all about the 10,000-year-old weaving traditions and techniques of the Amaru.

Activities

  1. Demonstration and participation in Andean agricultural techniques using ancestral tools.
  2. Homemade organic meals exemplify the biodiversity of the Andean crops.

Overnight homestays with shared bathrooms.

Day Four: Cusco, Sacred Valley Tour

Tour through Sacred valley from Amaru Pisac

Following sites to explore:

  • Unu Orqo temple
  • Salinas of Maras
  • Moray
  • Ollantaytambo

Day Five: Premium Inka Trail

Wake up early to take the train to km 104. Great hike to reach the sun gate, which dominates the spectacular citadel of Machu Picchu.

Day Six: Machupicchu Tour

Machu Picchu is the site of an ancient Inca city, high in the Andes of Peru. It’s one of the most famous and spectacular sets of ruins in the world.

Day Seven: Rainbow Mountain tour.

  1. Travel distance: 3 hours of “transport.”
  2. Starting Altitude – 2100m / 6900ft.
  3. Highest Altitude – 2730m / 8,792ft.
  4. Walking Distance – 10km / 6.3 miles (02 hours hiking).
  5. Difficulty – Easy to Moderate (depends on your level of fitness).
