This review is kind of long, and you may not read all of it. So my summary is that the tour was all I expected. But we had several significant last-minute events, and Kondor Path was excellent in dealing with these. The tour could have been a complete bust--instead Kondor Path's team reacted quickly and well, and their actions made this trip one the highlights of my life, which my son and I will never forget.My (30 year old) son and 8 booked the Sacred Valley/Short Inca Trail 3D/2N tour. The tour was all we expected. We booked it thinking that the one day tour allowed us able to see a bit more of the Inca Culture, while getting a feel for the Inca Trail. (Due to time constraints, we could not do the full 4 or 5 day Inca Trail.) The tour was everything we expected. We were able to see Ollantaytambo, as well as we had an amazing day at Machu Picchu. Clear skies, with a few clouds. Sunny and warm, but not too hot. The guide, Jose, the driver (Roberto) were great, tailoring and adjusting the tour to our requests. In setting up the tour, we corresponded by email with Patricia, who was always very quick to respond with accurate and helpful information. We had high expectations and the tour met them. They arranged good hotels, that met our expectations and needs.If this was all that Kondor Path did, I might rate them 4 stars. What was truly exceptional was how they handled the unplanned events. Our tour was supposed to start on Thursday. We arrived in Cusco on Tuesday to acclimate to the altitude, giving us one day to tour Cusco on our own. On Wednesday, about 11:30 AM, they began hunting us down via email and calls to our hotel (we were out around Cusco). They reached us about 11

Spent almost a week touring the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu with guide Jose and driver Roberto. When planning the trip, I asked a ton of questions via email, and always received prompt, detailed replies. The trip ended up being exactly what we wanted, and every detail was coordinated perfectly.Our guide, Jose, was a wealth of information and provided a great tour. We felt very well cared for, and he made a few small changes in the itinerary to accommodate our wishes to see things. Our driver Roberto expertly navigated some crazy roads.This trip was a bucket list trip, and thanks to Kondor Path, it was perfect.

Hemos hecho un tour de varios días con Kondor Path, un grupo familiar de 14 personas, visitando Cuzco, Machu Picchu y varios lugares del Valle Sagrado. Muy profesionales, todo muy bien organizado y bien pensado el tour y las visitas. Un viaje estupendo y una agencia muy recomendable.

Kondor Path Tours designed and executed a custom/private itinerary for my wife and I to tour Cuzco, Machu Picchu, and the surrounding areas of the Sacred Valley/Ollantaytambo/Chinncero/etc that was absolutely incredible! The catch is that we only had 3 days to work with. They managed it impeccably and packed tons experiences into that small window seamlessly. Everything from airport transfers, to hotel reservations, to Inka Rail train tickets, to Machu Picchu/Sacred Valley tickets, to comfortable transportation to/from the Ollantaytambo went without a hitch or any wasted time. Most importantly our guide Jose T, who guided us through Machu Picchu, hiking Huayna Picchu and 7 additional local/Inka sites in three days was amazing! Jose is a rare/incredible person with a deep knowledge of the sites, the ability to share that knowledge and engage us, befriend us, and gently motivate us when we needed a little encouragement. He is a wonderfully kind person who could not do enough to ensure we were happy and felt safe/supported. This was the experience of a life-time! If I could give Kondor Path Tours and Jose T more than 5 stars I would! Words can not describe how wonderful they & this trip were.

Everything went very very smoothly with our trip. !00% satisfied with Kondor Path Tours. My requests to see other sites were accommodated with no problem. Machu Picchu was awesome.

Fantastic trip on all accounts. Great guide, great scenery, and surprisingly good food. Not only 3 square meals a day, but quality, multi-course meals most of the time.

Con mi pareja decidimos visitar Machupicchu en agosto de 2017, y dado que nos recomendaron tomar los servicios de Kondor Path Tours, optamos por tomarlo, y puedo describir mi experiencia como una de las mejores, debido a que combina lo mas importante para nosotros, un excelente servicio y un mágico lugar!!!.... quedamos fascinados con la atención tan personalizada que nos han brindado el personal de la Agencia.Realmente lo vale, quedé sin palabras después de pasar por esa experiencia, todo magnífico, recomiendo la agencia y Machupicchu 1000%.saludos.

Un grupo de amigos planeamos realizar la visita a una de las maravillas del mundo Machupicchu, tuvimos poco tiempo para areglar todo asi que nos contactamos con la agencia de viajes KONDOR PATH TOURS, Patricia nos brindó toda la ayuda posible asi que tomamos con ellos el tour, a nuestra llegada a la ciudad del Cusco, un equipo de la agencia nos espero en el aeropuerto para llevarnos a nuestro Hotel. Al dia siguiente empezó nuestra aventura nuestro guía de turismo Fernando, fue muy bueno informado, le gustaba mucho la cultura inca, realmente aprendimos mucho de el, Machupicchu fue relmente increíble, mágico, no tengo las palabras para poder describir lo que sentimos, fue maravilloso, sin duda recomiendo plenamente visitar este grandioso lugar y mejor con el equipo Kondor Path Tours.
