CUSCO TOURIST TICKET “BTG” – COSITUC

The BTC is a personal and non-transferable document. The right of temporary entry to areas, archaeological monuments, museums, and historical places that are part of the nation’s cultural heritage implies that it is obtained and administered by the Ministry of Culture.

The BTC allows tourists to enter parks and archaeological sites, such as SAQSAYHUAMAN, QENQO, PUKA PUKARA, TAMBOMACHAY, PISAQ, OLLANTAYTAMBO, MORAY, CHINCHERO, TIPON, and PIKILLAQTA, as well as places such as the POPULAR ART MUSEUM, REGIONAL HISTORICAL MUSEUM, MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY ART, MONUMENT OF THE INCA PACHACUTEC, and the QOSQO CENTER OF NATIVE ART.

COSITUC is the Committee of Integrated Cultural Tourist Services of Cusco, a non-profit institution in charge of marketing the Cusco Tourist Ticket in the different tourist attractions. In distributing the proceeds, the constituent entities conserve and preserve the cultural heritage and the environment. Likewise, it allows the development of the CUSCO’s living culture to be valued.

This ticket does not include the Coricancha Complex-Santo Domingo entrance fee of S/. 20 (approximately US$ 6.00).

The visit to the interior of some tourist places of the city of Cusco and its environs is subject to the entrance payment through the integral Touristic Ticket, which includes access to:

• Cathedral of Cusco
• Museum of Religious Art
• Church of San Blas
• Museum of Regional History
• Sacsayhuaman
• Qenko
• Puca Pucara
• Tambo Machay
• Pisac
• Ollantaytambo
• Chinchero
• Monument / Memorial Pachacutec
• Andean dances and live music
• The integral Tourist Ticket will be valid until ten days after being purchased.

There are also three partial tour tickets for circuits:

• Circuit 01: Cusco City (Regional History Museum, Koricancha Site Museum, American Art Institute Museum, Inca Pachacutec Museum, Convent, Santa Catalina, Qosqo Center for Native Art)
• Circuit 02: Sacsayhuamán, Q’enqo, Puca Pucara, Tambomachay
• Circuit 03: Sacred Valley (Pisac, Ollantaytambo, Chinchero)

The partial ticket price per circuit is S /. 70.00 soles.

It is valid only for one day (circuits 01 and 02) and two days (circuit 03); this ticket type has no student fee.
