Incredible Hike from Moray to Salineras

At 9 in the morning, we started the vehicular trip towards the excursion from Moray to Maras. We begin the walk with a guided visit to the ruins of Moray, walking its Inca trails that then start the official walk to the town of Maras, which goes through the pre-Hispanic colonial path. The panoramic views are incredible with every step we take until we reach the village of Maras.

The town of Maras has beautiful colonial mansions with stately portals and heraldic shields that give them family ancestry from colonial times to the present day.

We continue the walk towards the salt mines of Maras; we have incredible views in the distance before reaching the salt flats. Moras Moray is known as the balcony of the Sacred Valley for having great views of the Andes, glaciers, and mountainous valleys of the Sacred Valley.
