DAY 1

Lima – Paracas – Huacachina Sand Buggy

At 07:00, the tour guide and the vehicle’s driver go to the client’s hotel in Miraflores or Barranco to start the trip south of Lima until we reach the Paracas boardwalk, “3 hours and 10 minutes of travel”.

Enjoy the guided excursion through the Paracas National Reserve, visiting the incredible panoramic views of different beaches, rock formations, fantastic wildlife, etc.

At 10:30, EXPLORE:

  • Visit the Monument of Independence (obelisk).
  • The Cathedral Rock formation
  • The Supay Beach viewpoint
  • Julio C. Tello Museum
  • Red beach.
  • Lagunillas Bay.

At 16:00, the Huacachina Sand Buggy Experience

Venture up and down the dunes! Enjoy a thrilling adrenaline rush riding up and down the undulating dunes and doing seemingly impossible turns. Then, try sandboarding from the top of the area’s 3–4 highest dunes.

Watch the sunset from the top of one of the dunes before returning to the lagoon of the Huacachina oasis.

DAY 2

Paracas – Islas Ballestas – Return to Lima

At 08:00 in the morning, we travel from Ica to the port of Paracas, “1 hour and 10 minutes of travel,” to board the tourist slider at 10:00 am to enjoy a fascinating guided tour of the Ballestas Islands.

EXPLORE by boat: 2-hour excursion

Around the Ballestas Islands, observe the magnificent natural formations of the immense marine fauna and flora, highlighting Humboldt penguins, sea lions, and varieties of resident and migratory birds. Check out natural arches like the Arco del Deseo (Arc of Desire).

The Candelabrum: Observe Peru’s most mysterious giant figure facing the Peruvian open sea. The Trident is located north of the Paracas Peninsula. The enigmatic figure measures 128 meters long and 67 meters wide and would originally have been 3 meters deep.
