- The prices are calculated based on an operation uninterrupted, with a tolerance of 5 minutes of waiting for the passenger at the heliport or airport at the contracted time; after this time, a surcharge per minute will be equivalent to the flight minute price (US$ 142/min).
- Cancellations that occur 72 hours before the date and time scheduled for the flight or transfer will result in the charge of a penalty equivalent to 50% of the agreed rate.
- Cancellations that occur after 72 hours in advance of the date and time scheduled for the flight or transfer will result in the charge of a penalty equivalent to 100% of the agreed rate.
- It must be taken into account that adverse weather conditions may complicate the development of the operation, thus restricting its effective compliance.
If such conditions exist, the flight will be rescheduled for the nearest day in which the weather conditions allow the flight to be carried out safely. - If the client does not appear on the flight within 15 minutes after the contracted time or fails to pay for the waiting time not contemplated, the helicopter company will consider the passenger a NO SHOW; there is no right to claim.
